Cancellation Policy

Reservation & Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 25% of total booking fee is required to secure services. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the event date. Cancellation by Client Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event: Deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments made will be refunded. Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event: Client is responsible for 50% of the total booking fee. Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event: Client is responsible for 100% of the booking fee. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. If we are unavailable for the rescheduled date, the cancellation terms above will apply. Cancellation by Company In the unlikely event that His and Hers Events Co. must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund, including the deposit. We will also assist in referring you to another vendor, if possible. Weather & Outdoor Events For outdoor events, the client must provide a covered or indoor alternative location. If the booth cannot be operated safely due to weather and no alternative is available, this will be treated as a client cancellation. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, deposits may be applied toward a future booking. Permits Client responsible for any required permits
